Delivery & Refund (Return) Policy
Delivery confirmation
Upon dispatch, we will notify you by email (or other contact method) with shipment/tracking details. It is your responsibility to monitor delivery and ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.
Inspection upon delivery
Please inspect your package and products immediately upon receipt. If there is visible damage to packaging or the product, you should refuse delivery or inform us right away.
Return eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:

The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories, and in resalable condition.

The return request is made within [e.g. 14 days] of delivery.

You provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, invoice).
Non-returnable items
Certain items may not be eligible for return (e.g. perishable goods, hygiene-sensitive items, clearance or “final sale” items, if applicable). Such exclusions (if any) will be explicitly stated on the product page.
Return process
To request a return, contact us via our contact page with your order number, reason for return, and preferably a photo (if damage). We will provide instructions for returning the product. You are responsible for return shipping costs — unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection. If approved, we will issue a refund using the original payment method within [e.g. 7–14 business days]. Original shipping costs (to you) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item (for a different size, color, or another product), treat it as a return and place a new order — subject to availability.
Damage or defect on arrival
If the product you received is defective or not as described, you may request a replacement or full refund. Contact us within [e.g. 7 days] of delivery, providing proof (photos/videos) of the issue.
